great tort text,
This is a great textbook. I used it for a 7 week Tort Law class. The chapters are organized and helps you pick up the different torts and what they mean. I also like how it repeats things in different ways so you actually find yourself understanding the material. The chapters are pretty interesting, I found myself interested in each chapter. Now I have a great understanding of what Tort is.
