Book was defective; pages were missing,
The copy I received skipped from page 16 to 65. It then goes from page 65 to 80. Then, instead of page 81 being next, it goes to page 33 and goes through page 89. I don’t know how this happened but the book is relatively useless and I’m hoping to get a refund which is a pain in and of itself. Anyway, I’m obviously not satified with this particular purchase.
