   While this is available on PDF from the FCC, it is nice to have ARRL’s copy of the FCC Rules and Regulations that contain Part 97 that govern the Amateur Radio Service. You need one for your shack.

   It is what it is, great price, nicely laid out and accessible. I have no complaints.
