A pretty good opportunity to learn about how the FBI handles the details of fingerprinting. For example, the book explains how the FBI recommends what police agencies should do when they arrest someone without fingers.

However, the title is inaccurate. There is nothing scientific in the book. There is not a single footnote; there is no reference to any scientific work.

The book is not published in 2012 as Amazon said, in fact, in 1986. Its content is out of date. The figures are blurred and the legends can not be seen. It seems like a pirate copy downloaded from network. Although the price is very cheap, please DO NOT buy it from Amazon.
